How to demo Bhairava

Step 1 · 2 minutes

Register a test business

Make a new test business for the demo. Never use a customer's account.

Open Owner Registration

1. Business Name: 8 letters or digits or more
2. Email: yours. It becomes the Login ID.
3. Contact Name and a 10 digit Contact Mobile
4. Address: 20 characters or more
5. Click Register. Copy the Login ID and Password shown.
6. Wait a few minutes while the business is set up

Step 2 · 1 minute

Sign in to Unified

Bhairava opens on the Unified dashboard. It is the screen you will show.

Open app.bhairava.xyz

1. Sign in with the Login ID and password from step 1
2. You land on Dashboard > Unified
3. It has three slides: Company, Fleet and Facility
4. Move between them with the arrows or the dots in the header

The slides are empty until the simulator runs. Keep this tab open.

Copy the Admin key

The simulator signs in with the test business's Admin key.

1. In the left menu, open Connect > Admin
2. Under All keys, on the Admin row, click Copy
3. Or click the key icon to open the key, then click Copy there

Keep the key private. Anyone with it can sign in to the business.

Step 4 · 3 minutes

Download the simulator

The Closebee Simulator is a Windows app. It plays the 15 businesses Bhairava watches.

Download for Windowssimulator.closebee.com

1. Download simulator-desktop-0.1.9.exe (108 MB)
2. Run the installer
3. Open Closebee Simulator

Already installed? Use version 0.1.9 or later.

Step 5 · 3 minutes

Sign in and press Start

A Bhairava key opens the Bhairava view by itself.

1. Paste the key into License key and click Sign in
2. The Bhairava view opens: Tenants in three groups, Company, Fleet and Facility, and the Log
3. Click Start, top right
4. The simulator sets up the 15 tenants in order: owner stock, fleet load-up, trips, company stock, facility sensors
5. Each row turns to running and the Log fills with lines
6. A row says The owner stock is not ready? Wait a minute and click Start again

Leave the simulator open during the demo. Stop ends every tenant.

Step 6 · Show

Show the Company slide

Five shops and outlets selling, seen from one place.

1. Tenant Watch: the connected tenants, with the 5 simulator companies
2. Geo Distribution: each business on the map, its dot coloured by status
3. Transaction Feed: bills arriving live, labelled by business
4. Stock Drain: how fast each company's stock is going

Step 7 · Show

Show the Fleet slide

Five vehicles on the move, live on the map.

1. Point out the 5 vehicles moving on their routes
2. Click a vehicle's marker: the Fleet unit dashboard opens
3. Show Stock availability: what the vehicle carries
4. Show Stock depletion: what it uses up on the trip

The breakdown

Every 15 minutes one moving vehicle breaks down. Use it to show how Bhairava raises a problem.

1. A fault alert arrives for the vehicle
2. 10 seconds later it breaks down and stops on its route
3. 5 minutes later the breakdown clears and the trip goes on

Step 8 · Show

Show the Facility slide

Five buildings reporting their sensors, with no Sense box on site.

1. Show the sensor tiles of each of the 5 facilities
2. Readings refresh every few seconds

Simulator hours and cleanup

• No runs from 11 PM to 3 AM India time. Start is greyed out then, and a running simulator stops at 11 PM.
• Each night all simulator data is cleaned up. The next day, sign in and press Start again for a fresh demo.
• The test business stays. Use it again for the next demo.
