Bhairava web app

Bhairava User Guide

This guide walks you through Bhairava screen by screen, for owners who watch many businesses at once: companies selling, fleets on the road and facilities reporting their sensors.

Each part covers one menu. It says what the menu is for, then gives the steps for common tasks. Most steps have a screenshot of the screen you will see. Click a screenshot to see it full size. In the viewer you can zoom with the mouse wheel or the + and - buttons, drag to move around, and press Esc to close.

Words in bold are the exact button, tab or field names on screen. A path such as Tenants > Linked means: open the Tenants menu, then click Linked.

The screenshots come from a test business, Manipal Haspitals, whose 15 tenants are played by the Closebee Simulator: 5 companies, 5 fleets and 5 facilities. Some names and details are hidden. To run the same demo yourself, see the Demonstration guide.

Getting started

Bhairava runs in your browser at app.bhairava.xyz. You sign in once, and every company, fleet and facility you oversee is reached from the same account.

  1. Open app.bhairava.xyz. Type your Login ID and Password and sign in. If you forget your password, click Forgot password? under Login and Bhairava emails you a link to set a new one.
  2. Bhairava opens the page you used last. The first time, it opens on the Dashboard, and a Welcome to Bhairava box shows the support email. Click Sure to close it.

Find your way around

The menu on the left holds Dashboard, Reports, Tenants, Connect, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Godown, Items, Settings, Billing and Support. It starts as a row of icons. Click the menu button at the top left to show the names, and click a menu to open its pages.

The top bar shows your business, your name, the display currency, the language, the bell and horn, the watchlist, full screen, notifications, contact support and log out. See Top bar.

  2. The slide bar sits in the middle of the top bar: Previous dashboard, the slide name, three dots and Next dashboard.
  3. Click an arrow or a dot, press the left or right arrow key, or swipe the bar on a touch screen.
  4. Bhairava remembers the slide you left on.

Each slide shows the dashboard picked for that menu. To change it, use the picker next to Company, Fleet or Facility in the menu. See Choose the dashboard a menu opens.

Company dashboard

Dashboard > Company shows the shops and outlets you oversee: what they sell, how fast their stock goes and where they are.

Stock Drain, Geo Distribution, Transaction Feed and Tenant Watch, under the toolbar of hot and stagnant lists.

The four panels

  • Stock Drain: every item as a cell, coloured by how fast its stock is going. The zones are set in Settings > Config.
  • Geo Distribution: each tenant on the map, its dot coloured by status, with the connected and not connected counts.
  • Transaction Feed: bills arriving live, by amount and time.
  • Tenant Watch: every connected tenant as a cell that lights up as it sends data. CUR hides or shows each tenant's flag and currency.

Each panel has Expand at the top right to show it on its own. The record button keeps snapshots, and the menu at the bottom left exports the panel to XLS or PDF.

Hot, stagnant and barrier lists

The toolbar above the panels opens quick lists: Hot Entities, Hot Tenants, Stagnant Entities, Stagnant Tenants, Tenant Messages, Barrier Breakers and Following. Click one to open it. Each list can be exported as a PDF report.

Hot Tenants: the tenants sending the most, with Exclude chips for each kind.

Barrier Breakers lists the items and tenants that crossed a limit you set. Open its Settings to set the measure (hits, amount or quantity), the limit and the window in minutes.
